30 days to make a return
Is it a match - or not? You have 30 days to find out at your leisure and try on your new BOGNER favourites at home. If you need an item in a different size or colour, please place a new order.
If you don’t like an item or it doesn’t fit, you can return it to us free of charge and hassle-free. A pre-printed return label is already enclosed with your order.
Please note:
- We only take back items online that you have purchased from the official BOGNER online shop.
- If you have purchased an item elsewhere, please return it to or exchange it at the place where you bought it.

Return status and refund
As soon as we have received your return, we will inform you by email. We will process your return as quickly as possible and then arrange a refund to your original payment method.
Complaints
According to our mission “B” the best, our fashion must be visually appealing and win you over as our customer with the best possible quality. Should this not be the case, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Of course, you can complain about defective goods under your statutory warranty rights. Please also read our general terms and conditions. However, this only applies to goods that you have purchased at the BOGNER online shop.
